Syrma SGS Technology appoints new secretarial auditors

Syrma SGS Technology's Board of Directors, at its meeting on September 1, 2025, approved the appointment of M/s. DPV & Associates LLP as the new secretarial auditors for a five-year term. This appointment, effective from the financial year 2025-26 to 2029-30, is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 21st Annual General Meeting. M/s. DPV & Associates LLP, with Firm Registration No. L2021HR009500 and Peer review Certificate No. 6189/2024, Faridabad, will replace M/s Pragnya Pradhan & Associates.

M/s Pragnya Pradhan & Associates resigned as secretarial auditors effective July 31, 2025, due to a potential conflict of interest. The Board also announced the 21st Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. in Mumbai, to be conducted via Video-Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means.

The company has placed all relevant documents on its website and disclosed this information in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/P0D2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024.
