Star Health schedules investor meetings, postal ballot results passed

Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Limited is scheduled to host a series of group meetings with analysts and institutional investors on Thursday, September 4, 2025, in Mumbai, as part of the Elara Capital Conference. The meetings will occur in two sessions: from 11:00 AM to 11:50 AM, involving 19 firms including 360 One AMC, Alpha Alternatives, and White Oak AMC, and from 12:00 PM to 12:50 PM, involving 15 firms such as ASK Investment Managers, Athena Investments, and Tunga Investments. A separate single investor meeting with Brescon Family Office is also scheduled for the same day from 02:00 PM to 02:50 PM.

In addition to the investor meetings, the company has declared the results of its postal ballot, which concluded on August 31, 2025. All five resolutions were passed. Resolutions 1 to 4, which were special resolutions, included the approval of remuneration for Mr. Rajeev Kher, Mr. Anand Roy, Mr. Himanshu Walia, and Mr. Amitabh Jain for FY 2025-2026. Resolution 5, an ordinary resolution, involved taking note of the statement as required under SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021.
