RHI Magnesita India: AGM Follows Strong Performance, FY25 Sustainability Revealed

RHI Magnesita India Limited's BRSR for FY2024-25 highlights its commitment to sustainable growth, with significant initiatives across environmental, social, and governance (ESG) pillars. The company aims to increase secondary raw material usage to 15% and reduce CO2e emissions per tonne of product to 1.55 by 2025. Total waste generated in FY2024-25 was 2,249.98 metric tonnes, with 28.932 metric tonnes of hazardous waste and 1,321.05 metric tonnes disposed.

Social initiatives included a total employee strength of 1,292 and total worker strength of 2,352. The company provided human rights training to 100% of employees and workers. Total GHG emissions for Scope 1 and Scope 2 in FY2024-25 were 31,613.36 mt CO2e and 23,535.93 mt CO2e, respectively. The company invested INR16.84 crore in CSR initiatives during FY2024-25, with no unspent funds.
