RBI approves Paritosh Kashyap's appointment to Kotak Mahindra board

Kashyap brings over 30 years of experience within the Kotak Mahindra Group, having served in key roles including group president and business head – wholesale banking group. He is a commerce graduate, chartered accountant, and cost & works accountant. His extensive experience includes leading the debt capital market business, overseeing corporate & SME banking, structured finance, and infrastructure lending, among other critical areas.

The appointment underscores Kashyap's significant contributions to building and expanding various businesses within the Kotak Group, particularly in real estate and structured lending, which are now recognized as centres of excellence. He is a member of the group management council, playing a crucial role in driving the group’s growth.
