Page Industries names Benjamin Felix Rajkumar new chief people officer

Page Industries Limited has announced the appointment of Benjamin Felix Rajkumar as its chief people officer, effective September 1, 2025. This appointment was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Rajkumar brings over 16 years of experience in people strategy, leadership and culture, employee relations, business partnering, and learning and organization development. He holds a bachelor of engineering degree from Anna University and a PGDM from XLRI School of Business & Human Resources, Jamshedpur. Prior to joining Page Industries, Rajkumar served as the chief people officer at CaratLane Trading, a subsidiary of Titan Company, where he previously led the corporate HR business partnering team responsible for large-scale people transformation initiatives.

The company affirmed that Benjamin Felix Rajkumar is not related to any of the directors or key managerial personnel of Page Industries Limited. Furthermore, it has been confirmed that he is not barred from holding the office of chief people officer by any Securities Exchange Board of India order or other authority.
