Magellanic Cloud files BRSR, highlights strong IT consulting revenue

Magellanic Cloud Limited submitted its Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) for the fiscal year 2024-25, emphasizing its commitment to ESG principles. The company's total revenue from operations for the year ended March 31, 2025, was INR 8,150.46 lakhs, with a net worth of INR 20,663.83 lakhs. IT Consulting Services constituted 83.17% of the total turnover, followed by Trading (11.02%) and Monitoring Services (5.75%).

The report details the company’s workforce, with 314 permanent employees, comprising 217 males (69.11%) and 97 females (30.89%). The turnover rate for permanent employees in FY 2024-25 was 28.6%. Magellanic Cloud Limited also reported INR 1,804.02 lakhs in employee benefits expenses and INR 145.65 lakhs in net defined benefit expense debited to the statement of profit and loss for the year.

Environmentally, the company's total energy consumed from non-renewable sources was 54,08,000 Joules, resulting in an energy intensity of 0.0066 Joules per rupee of turnover. The company confirmed it does not generate industrial effluents or process wastewater, thus not requiring a Zero Liquid Discharge mechanism.
