LIC announces senior management personnel retirement

Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) announced the retirement of Arya Lahiri, director, Zonal Training Centre, Eastern Zone, Kolkata, and a senior management personnel (SMP) of the corporation. Lahiri’s superannuation was effective August 31, 2025. The company disclosed this information on September 1, 2025, noting that the actual superannuation date fell on a public holiday, hence the disclosure was made the following day.

The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”).
