InterGlobe Aviation allots ESOP shares, boosts capital

InterGlobe Aviation Limited’s ESOP Allotment Committee approved the issuance of 18,799 equity shares on September 1, 2025, under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2023. These shares, with a par value of INR 10 each, were allotted following the exercise of vested stock options at an exercise price of INR 10 per share.

The latest allotment brings the total number of issued shares to 386,563,835, resulting in a total issued share capital of INR 3,865,638,350. The shares are identical in all respects to the existing equity shares and will be listed on both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
