Indegene to hold investor, analyst meetings in September

Indegene Limited has announced a schedule of investor and analyst meetings for September 2025, in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. These engagements will include two separate in-person 1x1 meetings.

The first meeting is scheduled for September 4, 2025, with Generation Investment Management. The second meeting will take place on September 5, 2025, with Emkay Global Financial Services. Indegene confirmed that no unpublished price sensitive information will be shared during these interactions. The company also noted that the schedule is subject to change due to exigencies.

The announcement was made by Srishti Ramesh Kaushik, company secretary and compliance officer, and was sent to both BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited from Indegene's Bengaluru office.
