Honasa Consumer details sustainability and responsibility efforts for FY25

Honasa Consumer Limited announced the submission of its Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) for the financial year 2024-25 to both the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited. The report, which will also be available on the company's website, outlines the company's ESG performance, including various initiatives and compliance details.

The company reported that its operations for FY225 involved 156 national offices and 2 international offices, with no plants. The total turnover for the listed entity in FY25 was ₹18,657,065,781, with beauty and personal care products accounting for 100% of the turnover. The report also detailed employee well-being measures, showing that 100% of permanent employees were covered by health insurance and 71.2% by paternity benefits.

In terms of environmental impact, Honasa Consumer recorded total non-renewable energy consumption of 4,896.36 Giga Joules in FY25. The company also reported total water withdrawal of 430 kilolitres, primarily from third-party sources. Waste management data showed 162.45 metric tonnes of non-hazardous office waste generated, with no hazardous or plastic waste reported.
