Carysil sets AGM date, considers 120% dividend for shareholders

Carysil Limited has announced its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. IST via Video Conferencing or Other Audio-Visual Means. The meeting will address the approval of a recommended dividend of 120%, translating to ₹2.4 per share of ₹2 each, for the fiscal year 2024-25.

The company has set Wednesday, September 17, 2025, as both the cut-off date for remote e-voting and the record date for determining dividend eligibility. Shareholders registered by this date will be eligible to vote and receive the dividend, if declared. The dividend, if approved, will be paid on or after September 24, 2025.

The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from Thursday, September 18, 2025, to Wednesday, September 24, 2025, for the purpose of the AGM and dividend. The annual report for FY 2024-25, including the board's report and audited financial statements, is being distributed electronically to registered shareholders and will also be available on the company's website.
