CAMS announces executive resignation, schedules investor calls

Computer Age Management Services Limited (CAMS) announced the resignation of Himanshu Naharas, executive vice president and officer on special duty. His departure is effective from the close of business hours on September 1, 2025, with an approved relieving date of September 1, 2025. Naharas cited personal reasons for his departure.

CAMS has also scheduled several investor calls in September 2025. These include one-on-one meetings with ICICI Securities and Macquarie Group on September 4, Invisage Capital on September 8, and Cusana Capital on September 12. The company noted that the investor presentation filed with stock exchanges on July 30, 2025, will be utilized during these meetings, and dates are subject to change.
