Brightcom Group approves financial results, announces AGM, eyes defence expansion

Brightcom Group Limited announced that its board of directors, at a meeting held on September 1, 2025, approved the audited financial results (standalone & consolidated) for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, prepared under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS). The board also approved the directors' report, management discussion and analysis (MD&A), and business sustainability and responsibility (BSR) report for the same period.

The company will hold its 26th annual general meeting (AGM) on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. IST via video conferencing/other audio-visual means. The book closure date for the AGM is set from September 21, 2025, to September 28, 2025, inclusive of both days. M/s. P. R. Chandra & Co., chartered accountants, were ratified and reappointed as statutory auditors for FY 2024-25, and Raghunath Allamsetty was re-appointed as a director.

Additionally, the board sought enabling approval from members for future growth initiatives, including the launch of a new defence division, "Brightcom Defence," across one or more locations.
