Aurum PropTech announces twelfth AGM, reports robust FY25 growth

Aurum PropTech Limited will hold its twelfth annual general meeting on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. (IST) via video conferencing to present its financial statements for FY 2024-25. The company reported a consolidated total income of ₹28,498 lakhs for FY 2024-25, an increase from ₹23,307 lakhs in FY 2023-24. Consolidated revenue from operations grew to ₹26,384 lakhs in FY25, up from ₹21,405 lakhs in FY24, with a notable improvement in net loss margin.

The company's rental business, spanning student housing, co-living, and family rentals, managed 30,800 units across 15 cities with 77% occupancy. Its distribution segment, driven by Aurum Analytica and Sell.do, achieved 90% year-on-year growth and a 14% net margin. Aurum PropTech also reached a major milestone with SEBI's SM REIT registration for AMSA SM REIT Investment Trust.

Key initiatives included the launch of AI products and expansion into new micro-markets, enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience. The company’s financial framework is built on capital-efficient growth, with a strong balance sheet.
