Anupam Rasayan India reappoints key directors for five-year terms

The board of directors of Anupam Rasayan India Limited has approved the re-appointment of Anand Sureshbhai Desai as managing director and Mona Anandbhai Desai as whole-time director. Both re-appointments are for five years, commencing from April 1, 2026, until March 31, 2031, following the conclusion of their current terms. These re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the company's upcoming 22nd annual general meeting.

Anand Sureshbhai Desai, a promoter and managing director, has been with the company since its inception in 1992, driving its growth with over three decades of chemical industry experience. He also chairs the risk management and sustainability committees and serves as a member of the audit committee. Mona Anandbhai Desai, also a promoter and whole-time director, serves as a vice-chairperson and has over two decades of experience in the chemical industry, playing an active role in daily operations. She chairs the corporate social responsibility committee and is a member of stakeholders' relationship, risk management, and sustainability committees.

The company affirmed that both Mr. and Mrs. Desai are not debarred from holding directorial positions by any SEBI order or other statutory authority.
