Powergrid announces senior management changes due to superannuation

POWERGRID Corporation of India Limited announced the cessation of three executive directors (EDs) from their senior management positions, effective August 31, 2025.

A Sensarma, Thiruchitrambalam Krishnakumar, and Vikram Singh Bhal have all ceased to be EDs upon attaining the age of superannuation. This change impacts personnel one level below the Board of Directors.

The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, following provisions of the SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024. No new appointments or relationships between directors were disclosed in connection with these cessations.

The company's filing on August 31, 2025, confirmed the exits, which are solely due to superannuation. Satyaprakash Dash, company secretary and compliance officer, signed the communication on behalf of POWERGRID.
