Lux Industries achieves record turnover, profit in FY25

Lux Industries Limited reported a record standalone revenue of ₹2,578.50 crores and a consolidated revenue of ₹2,583.06 crores for FY25, marking an 11.13% year-on-year growth. The company's EBITDA strengthened by 102 basis points to ₹266 crores (standalone) and ₹264.77 crores (consolidated), with net profit reaching ₹166.09 crores (standalone) and ₹164.54 crores (consolidated), an increase of 31.01%.

The company expanded its brands portfolio into economy and mid-premium segments with launches like Lux Nitro, Lux Parker, and Lux Venus Rainwear, which received strong market response. LUX also increased its solar power capacity from 1 MW to 1.7 MW and achieved a milestone turnover of ₹2,500 crore. Exports contributed 7% of revenues, reaching 46+ countries.

The board of directors recommended a final dividend of ₹2.00 per equity share for FY25, and promoters waived their right to receive dividends to conserve resources for future expansion. Lux Industries aims for early double-digit growth in the next fiscal year, focusing on reducing fixed costs and promotional expenses.
