Uniparts India sets AGM, declares dividends, reports FY25 financials

Uniparts India Limited will hold its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. IST via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The company announced an interim dividend of Rs. 6.75 per equity share and a second interim dividend of Rs. 7.50 per equity share for FY2024-25, maintaining a strong dividend payout ratio of 73% of net profit.

For the financial year 2024-25, Uniparts reported a consolidated revenue of INR 9,636.97 million, a profit after tax of INR 880.04 million, and an EBITDA margin of 17%. The company emphasized its commitment to sustainable practices, highlighting solar power systems at manufacturing units, including a 1.0 MWp rooftop installation in Visakhapatnam, and a 5.5 MWp open access capacity in Noida, contributing to reduced CO2 emissions. Additionally, Uniparts stated its focus on enhancing employee well-being through comprehensive health and safety management systems.
