Salasar Techno Engineering appoints new whole-time director, cost auditors

Salasar Techno Engineering Limited's board of directors, meeting on August 30, 2025, approved the appointment of Alok Kumar as whole-time director for a five-year term, effective September 1, 2025. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Kumar will also serve as chairman of the board. He brings extensive experience in iron and steel trading, manufacturing, and fabrication, having previously founded Capital Founders and Capital Udyog.

The company also announced the appointment of M/s. S. Shekhar & Co, cost accountants, as the cost auditors for the financial year 2025-26, following a recommendation from the audit committee. Alok Kumar is the father of Tripti Gupta, who is also a whole-time director of the company.
