PSP Projects announces independent director changes, new appointment

PSP Projects Limited disclosed key decisions from its board meeting held on August 30, 2025. The company announced that Vasishtha P. Patel will conclude his second term as an independent director, effective from the closure of business hours on August 31, 2025.

Concurrently, the board approved the appointment of Girishkumar Singal as an additional non-executive independent director. This appointment, effective September 01, 2025, is for a first term of five consecutive years and is subject to shareholder approval. Singal brings a background in commerce and extensive experience in government service, including roles in the police force and as an inspector general of police. After retirement, he dedicated himself to social work through his NGO, KRISHNASHRAY.
