Oriental Rail wins INR 33.76 crore Indian Railways order

Oriental Rail Infrastructure Limited has received an order from Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Chennai, Indian Railways, valued at INR 3,37,64,520.00. The contract involves the supply and installation of 38 sets of one coach set of seats and berths complete (HL3) for LWSCWAC/EOG coaches. Execution is expected by December 31, 2026.

Payment terms include up to 90% of the supply portion upon proof of inspection and provisional physical receipt certificates. The remaining 10% of the supply portion, along with 100% of installation charges, will be paid after receipt and acceptance of stores based on the installation certificate.

The company confirmed that neither the promoter nor promoter group companies have an interest in the entity that awarded the order, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
