NIBE sets AGM date, dividend record, and e-voting schedule

NIBE Limited will hold its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The cut-off date for determining member eligibility for remote e-voting or e-voting at the AGM has been set for Tuesday, September 23, 2025. The remote e-voting window will open on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 9:00 A.M. and close on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 5:00 P.M.

The company's Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from Wednesday, September 24, 2025, to Tuesday, September 30, 2025 (both days inclusive). This book closure is for the purpose of the AGM and the payment of dividends for the financial year 2024-25.

Dividends declared at the AGM for the financial year 2024-25 will be disbursed within 30 days of the meeting, subject to applicable tax deductions. The AGM proceedings will be deemed to be conducted at the company's registered office in Pune, Maharashtra.
