Maan Aluminium to hold 22nd AGM, reports revenue and profit decline for FY25

Maan Aluminium Limited announced its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 12:30 P.M. IST via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The company also released its Annual Report for the fiscal year 2024-25.

Key financial highlights for FY 2024-25 include revenue from operations of INR 81,016.62 lacs, a decrease from INR 95,302.77 lacs in the previous year. Profit Before Tax (PBT) also saw a significant drop to INR 2,164.87 lacs from INR 4,397.27 lacs in FY 2023-24, with Profit After Tax (PAT) at INR 1,550.70 lacs. The company's installed capacity increased to 24,000 MTs p.a., marking a 140% increase from the previous year. The remote e-Voting period will run from September 20, 2025 (9:00 A.M.) to September 22, 2025 (5:00 P.M.).
