Kajaria Ceramics schedules virtual AGM, announces dividend record date

Kajaria Ceramics Limited announced its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. (IST) via video conferencing/other audio visual means. This virtual format complies with relevant regulations from the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI, including several circulars issued between April 2020 and October 2024. The company will distribute the notice of AGM and annual report for the financial year 2024-25 electronically to registered members, with documents also available on the company's website and stock exchange platforms.

The board of directors recommended a final dividend of INR 4 per equity share of face value INR 1 each for the financial year 2024-25. Friday, September 12, 2025, has been fixed as the record date to determine the eligibility of members for this dividend. If approved at the AGM, the dividend will be paid on or before Tuesday, October 28, 2025, to eligible shareholders whose names appear in the company's register of members and the register of beneficial owners maintained by the depositories.
