HAL offshore increases stake in Seamec

HAL Offshore Limited, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PAC) Mr. Sanjeev Agrawal and Mrs. Deepti Agrawal, increased its stake in Seamec Limited. The acquirer, identified as part of the promoter group, purchased an additional 45,000 shares carrying voting rights on August 26, 2025. This acquisition was conducted via the open market.

Prior to this transaction, HAL Offshore held 1,79,48,406 shares, representing 70.59% of Seamec's total share/voting capital. The recent acquisition of 45,000 shares, accounting for 0.18% of the capital, increased their total holding to 1,79,93,406 shares.

Following the acquisition, HAL Offshore's total share/voting capital in Seamec now stands at 70.77%. The total equity share capital of Seamec before and after the acquisition is reported as 25,42,50,000.
