Genus Power to issue dividend, hold virtual AGM on September 30

Genus Power Infrastructures Limited announced on August 30, 2025, that its board of directors approved a final dividend of Rs. 2.45 per equity share, representing 245% of the face value of Re. 1/- per share for the financial year 2024-25. This dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
