Garware Hi-Tech Films announces strong FY25 results, dividend, and board changes

Garware Hi-Tech Films Limited announced its 68th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 11:30 A.M. (IST) in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The company recommended a final dividend of ₹12 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, resulting in a cash outflow of ₹27.88 crore.

The annual report highlights a 26% growth in standalone revenue from operations to ₹1995.45 crore in FY 2024-25, with profit after tax increasing by 87% to ₹338.92 crore.

Key board appointments were also detailed, with Mr. Manoj Sonawala, Mr. Deepak Chawla, and Dr. Nayan Rawal appointed as independent directors for a five-year term from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2029. Ms. Monika Garware is proposed for re-appointment as a director. The company further noted the adoption of a new Memorandum of Association to align with ESG initiatives and a biochar-based carbon credit project.
