Ceinsys Tech wins Adani Enterprises order for Autodesk licenses

Ceinsys Tech Limited has received a service order from Adani Enterprises Limited for the supply and installation of Autodesk Build enterprise licenses. The order, dated August 29, 2025, is valued at INR 5.55 crores. These licenses are intended to support the Adani Group's Common Data Environment (CDE) requirements.

The service order is for a duration of one year and was awarded by a domestic entity. Ceinsys Tech confirmed that the transaction is not a related party transaction. The announcement was made in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123.
