Bank of Baroda names S Balakumar new company secretary

Bank of Baroda has announced a change in its company secretary, effective September 1, 2025. P K Agarwal will demit office upon his superannuation on August 31, 2025. This change is in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.

S Balakumar has been appointed as the new company secretary of the bank, taking effect from September 1, 2025, pursuant to Regulation 6(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015. Mr. Balakumar is a qualified company secretary and ICWA. He holds a master's degree in commerce as well as finance management and CAIIB, bringing over 15 years of experience in the banking sector to his new role.
