Arrow Greentech: AGM Date Set, Transactions Approved

Arrow Greentech Ltd. will hold its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. The company's annual report for FY 2024-25 and the AGM notice are available on its website.

The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from Friday, September 19, 2025, to Monday, September 22, 2025 (both days inclusive), to determine eligible members for the AGM and dividend distribution. Shareholders will vote on ratifying remuneration for cost auditor Mr. Dilip M Bathija, set at INR 80,000/- for FY 2025-26, and the appointment of M/s. Rajendra & Co. as secretarial auditors for five years, with remuneration for FY 2025-26 at INR 1,10,000/-.

Shareholders will also consider approving the continuation of Mr. Shilpan Patel's tenure as chairman & managing director upon reaching 70 years of age. A significant agenda item includes approving material related party transactions with Advance Business Solutions, with an estimated annual value not exceeding INR 70 Crores for the period covering FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. Remote e-voting will be available from September 19, 2025, to September 21, 2025.
