AGI Greenpac shareholders approve key resolutions at 65th AGM

AGI Greenpac Limited (AGI) held its 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, August 29, 2025, via video conferencing. All four proposed ordinary resolutions passed with the requisite majority. The total number of eligible shareholders on the August 22, 2025 cut-off date was 55,452, holding 64,697,381 equity shares. Of these, 219 shareholders, representing 42,638,086 equity shares, exercised their vote through remote e-voting.

Shareholders approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, with 100% of polled votes in favor. The declaration of a dividend on equity shares for the same period also passed with 100% of polled votes in favor.

Mr. Sandip Somany was re-appointed as a director, with 99.59% of polled votes in favor. Additionally, the appointment of M/s DMK Associates as secretarial auditor for five consecutive years passed with 100% of polled votes in favor. The voting results consolidate remote e-voting conducted prior to and during the AGM.
