Action Construction reappoints independent directors

Action Construction Equipment Limited announced the re-appointment of shriniwas vashisht and dr. jagan nath chamber as non-executive independent directors. The re-appointments were approved during the company's 31st annual general meeting held on August 29, 2025. This disclosure confirms their continued tenure.

Vashisht, 69, will serve for five years, effective September 24, 2025. A former Indian Police Service officer with over 34 years of experience, he brings extensive expertise in civil and criminal investigation and governance. Dr. Chamber, 71, also re-appointed for five years, effective November 6, 2025, is a retired IAS officer with significant government experience, holding an MBA and a PhD.

Both directors are confirmed not to be debarred from holding their office by any SEBI order or other authority. The re-appointments aim to maintain experienced oversight and strategic guidance for Action Construction.
