Aarti Drugs reports FY25 results, sets 40th AGM date

Aarti Drugs Limited will hold its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. (IST) via video conferencing / other audio visual means. The annual report for FY 2024-25, including the notice of the AGM, has been sent to eligible shareholders via email and is accessible on the company's website.
