Race Eco Chain sets 25th AGM date, urges KYC updates

Race Eco Chain Limited has informed shareholders about its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 1:00 PM IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. In accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has dispatched letters to shareholders who have not registered their email addresses, providing weblinks to access the Notice of the AGM and the Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25.

The company also issued a reminder for shareholders to update their KYC details and dematerialize physical securities, as mandated by a SEBI Master Circular. This directive requires the recording of PAN, address with PIN code, mobile number, bank account details, specimen signature, and choice of nomination for physical holdings. Shareholders holding physical securities must update these details to be eligible for any payments, including dividends, interest, or redemption, through electronic mode starting April 1, 2024.

Shareholders are encouraged to update their email addresses through their depository participants or by contacting the company/RTA to receive important information electronically.
