NCLT sanctions Makesense Technologies amalgamation with PB Fintech

Info Edge (India) Limited disclosed today, August 29, 2025, that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chandigarh Bench, has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Makesense Technologies Limited, a subsidiary of Info Edge (India) Limited, with PB Fintech Limited. This sanction follows a disclosure made on April 27, 2022, regarding the proposed scheme.

The amalgamation involves Makesense Technologies Limited as the "Transferor Company" and PB Fintech Limited as the "Transferee Company," along with their respective shareholders. The scheme operates under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
