Magellanic Cloud recommends dividend, sets AGM date

Magellanic Cloud's board of directors recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.03 paisa (1.5%) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each. This dividend, pertaining to the financial year ended March 31, 2025, is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 44th annual general meeting (AGM) and will be paid within 30 days of approval.

The 44th AGM is scheduled for Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. via video conferencing. The company has set the book closure period from Wednesday, September 17, 2025, to Tuesday, September 23, 2025 (both days inclusive). The cut-off date for determining eligibility to vote electronically is Tuesday, September 16, 2025.

Additionally, M/s. Deep Shukla & Associates, practicing company secretary, has been appointed as scrutinizer for the e-voting process and as secretarial auditors for a five-year term, from the conclusion of the 44th AGM until the 49th AGM in 2030.
