Macfos approves financial statements, reappoints directors at AGM

Macfos Limited's 8th Annual General Meeting, held virtually on Friday, August 29, 2025, approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. Shareholders also sanctioned the appointment of M/s. CZ & ASSOCIATES LLP as the company's secretarial auditor.

The resolutions included several key reappointments to the board of directors. Mr. Binod Prasad and Mr. Nileshkumar Purushottam Chavhan were reappointed as wholetime directors. Mr. Atul Maruti Dumbre was reappointed as chairman and managing director.

Furthermore, Mr. Ravi Jagetiya, Mr. Ankit Rathi, and Mrs. Anamika Ajmera were reappointed as independent directors of the company. These decisions underline the company's governance structure and strategic leadership for the upcoming period.
