Maan Aluminium to hold virtual 22nd annual general meeting in September

Maan Aluminium Limited will convene its 22nd annual general meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. IST. The meeting will be held via video conferencing (VC) or other audio visual means (OAVM).

In compliance with SEBI regulations, the company will provide an e-voting facility for its members. The cut-off date for determining eligible members for remote e-voting is Tuesday, September 16, 2025. The remote e-voting period will begin on September 20, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. and conclude on September 22, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.

The register of members and share transfer book will be closed from September 17, 2025, to September 23, 2025 (both days inclusive), to ascertain the members eligible for the AGM.
