Kuantum Papers successfully concludes 28th annual general meeting

Kuantum Papers Limited held its 28th annual general meeting (AGM) on August 29, 2025, via video conferencing. The AGM addressed nine key resolutions, including the adoption of financial statements, declaration of dividend for the financial year 2024-25, and various director and auditor appointments. All resolutions were passed through remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM.

During the meeting, Pavan Khaitan, vice chairman and managing director, chaired the AGM due to the unavailability of Jagesh Kumar Khaitan. The company's financial performance for 2024-25 and future plans were presented to the shareholders. All statutory reports, including those from the auditors, contained no qualifications or adverse remarks.

Shareholders were able to participate by expressing their views and raising questions, which were addressed by the chairman. The remote e-voting facility, administered by NSDL, was open from August 26, 2025, to August 28, 2025, and remained accessible for 15 minutes after the AGM concluded. S.K.
