Jubilant Ingrevia reappoints directors, auditors at 6th AGM

Jubilant Ingrevia Limited announced the proceedings and outcomes of its 6th annual general meeting (AGM) held on Friday, August 29, 2025. The virtual meeting concluded at 4:28 p.m. (IST) and saw several director reappointments, including Hari S. Bhartia and Deepak Jain, both liable to retire by rotation. Aashti Bhartia was newly appointed as a director.

Pradeep Banerjee, Siraj Azmat Chaudhry, Arun Seth, and Sudha Pillai were reappointed as independent directors for a second five-year term, effective from February 6, 2026, until February 5, 2031. Sushil Kumar Roongta was also reappointed as an independent director for a second term, effective from February 6, 2026, until February 5, 2031.

The company also reappointed Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP as statutory auditors for a five-year term, effective from the conclusion of the current AGM until the 11th annual general meeting in 2030. DMK Associates were appointed as secretarial auditors for a five-year term from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. None of the reappointed directors are debarred from holding office by any SEBI order or other authority.
