HUL seeks shareholder nod for Priya Nair as new MD & CEO

Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) is seeking shareholder approval for the appointment of Priya Nair as the new managing director & chief executive officer. The appointment, if approved, will be for a period of five consecutive years, from August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2030.

The postal ballot process, conducted via e-voting, commenced on Friday, August 29, 2025, at 9:00 A.M. (IST) and will conclude on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. (IST). The voting rights of members will be reckoned as of the cut-off date, Friday, August 22, 2025.

The results of the e-voting by postal ballot are expected to be announced on or before Monday, September 29, 2025, at the company's registered office and will be available on HUL's website.
