Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) has announced a book closure period from September 19, 2025, to September 25, 2025 (both days inclusive). This closure is for recording members for the company's 58th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the declaration of dividend for the financial year 2024-25. The record date has been set as September 18, 2025.

The 58th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 25, 2025, and will be held via video conferencing or other audio-visual means. Shareholders on record as of September 18, 2025, will be eligible to participate in the AGM and for any dividend declared for FY 2024-25.
