Hindustan Copper sets AGM, dividend dates; plans to raise up to ₹500 crore

Hindustan Copper Limited has announced a book closure period from September 19, 2025, to September 25, 2025, for its 58th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and dividend declaration for FY 2024-25. The AGM is scheduled for September 25, 2025, and will be conducted virtually. The record date for dividend eligibility is September 18, 2025.

In a separate announcement, the company disclosed plans to seek approval at the 58th AGM for a special resolution. This resolution would authorize the board to issue and allot secured or unsecured non-convertible debentures/bonds on a private placement basis, for an amount not exceeding ₹500 crore. These announcements were made on August 29, 2025.
