Fire at Banco Products' French subsidiary halts operations

On August 29, 2025, Banco Products (India) Limited announced a fire at the warehouse of its wholly owned French subsidiary, NRF France S.A.S. The incident has resulted in a complete shutdown of NRF France S.A.S.'s local operations, though all personnel are safe, and the situation is now under control.

Despite the disruption, all current orders and pending shipments from the affected subsidiary will be fulfilled through other NRF warehouses to ensure continuity of operations. Preliminary assessments indicate that the fire will not have a material impact on the group's overall performance.

Banco Products (India) Limited confirmed that it holds insurance coverage for the incident and has notified its insurance company to ascertain the extent of the loss and damage. The company will provide further updates in accordance with SEBI regulations.
