Borosil Renewables to review Q1 consolidated financial results

Borosil Renewables Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on Wednesday, September 3, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.

This intimation follows a previous announcement on July 23, 2025, where the company submitted its unaudited standalone financial results for the same quarter but deferred the consolidated results.
