Ashapura Minechem reports strong financials, recommends dividend for fiscal 2024-2025

Ashapura Minechem Limited will hold its 44th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, to present its annual report for the fiscal year 2024-2025. The company's board of directors has recommended a final dividend of 50% (Re. 1 per equity share of face value Rs. 2 each). The remote e-voting period for the AGM will commence on September 19, 2025, and conclude on September 23, 2025, with the cut-off date for remote E-voting set for September 17, 2025.

For the fiscal year 2024-2025, Ashapura Minechem reported a standalone net profit of Rs. 8,455.36 lacs and a consolidated net profit of Rs. 28,907.29 lacs. Consolidated total income increased by 3.62% compared to the previous year, while operational profit after tax (excluding exceptional income) rose by 44.82%. The company’s paid-up equity share capital as of March 31, 2025, stood at Rs. 1,910.52 lacs.

Key management changes include the appointment of Dipak Vora as an independent director, effective January 23, 2025, and Surekha Sathe as an independent director, effective May 30, 2025. Neeta Shah resigned as an independent director on August 12, 2025.
