Veranda promoters release significant portion of pledged shares

Veranda Learning Solutions Limited's promoters, Kalpathi S Aghoram, Kalpathi S Ganesh, and Kalpathi S Suresh, have released pledged shares amounting to 77,04,339 equity shares. This action follows the full redemption of VXL debentures, as confirmed by Catalyst Trusteeship Limited on August 22, 2025.

The released shares represent 8.22% of the company's total share capital. Prior to this release, the promoters had 1,41,69,855 shares (15.15% of total share capital) encumbered. After the release, the total encumbered shares held by the promoters stand at 64,65,516, representing 6.90% of the total share capital.

Each of the three promoters, who collectively hold 40.27% of the diluted share capital, saw 25,68,113 shares released, contributing to the overall reduction in pledged holdings.
