Unilab partners with TCS for cloud-led enterprise modernization

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced a partnership with Unilab, Inc., a Philippines-based pharmaceutical and healthcare company, to modernize its enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This collaboration, announced on August 28, 2025, will involve migrating Unilab's legacy ERP to a modern, cloud-based digital core, enhancing operational agility and supporting long-term business growth.

The transformation will be delivered using SAP S/4HANA on RISE, with TCS leading the end-to-end implementation. This includes strategy, design, project governance, system implementation, data migration, testing, and change management. This initiative aims to streamline key business processes, improve supply chain resilience, and enhance compliance for Unilab, which operates an extensive distribution network across 18 nations.

TCS brings extensive experience in large-scale enterprise programs and SAP transformations, with over 25 years in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. The company has maintained a strong presence in the Philippines since 2008 and generated consolidated revenues of over $30 billion in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025.
