Sun TV Network to hold AGM, reports strong financials and acquisition

Sun TV Network Limited will convene its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, September 19, 2025, at 10:00 AM IST via Video Conference/Other Audio-Visual Means. The company has submitted its Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25, as required by Regulation 34(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The Annual Report shows a total income of INR 4,543.96 crores and a profit after tax of INR 1,654.46 crores for the year ended March 31, 2025. The board of directors has declared interim dividends totaling INR 15.00 per equity share (300%) for the financial year. Key board changes include the re-appointment of Mahesh Kumar Rajaraman as managing director and the appointment of new independent directors. The company also announced the acquisition of 100% equity of Northern Superchargers Limited for £100.5 million.
