Star Health to hold 20th AGM on Sept. 23, 2025, reports strong FY25 results

Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Limited will hold its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 4:00 PM IST via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The AGM will cover the adoption of audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, and the re-appointment of director Deepak Ramineedi.

Key resolutions include approving remuneration for non-executive independent directors Anisha Motwani, Rohit Bhasin, and Rajeev Krishnamuralilal Agarwal, each at ₹25,00,000 per annum, and Rajni Sekhri Sibal at ₹25,00,000 per annum.
